About Us!
Hi, I’m Shauna,
Originally from Ireland, I’ve been lucky enough to call Australia home for the past seven years. I first discovered the concept of pedal-powered pubs on socials during COVID and instantly loved the buzz, the laughter, and the sense of fun they created. Honestly, I just wanted to do it with all my friends and couldn’t understand why it wasn’t happening here already.
Nearly four years later, I fully understand why it hadn’t been done - so I set out on a mission to bring a touch of Irish charm and good craic to one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
After plenty of hard work, The Travelling Tavern is finally pedalling through The Rocks, Sydney’s historic heart. It’s part pedal-powered adventure, part pub-hopping, and all about laughs, stunning views of Sydney Harbour, and creating memories that last a lifetime. Bringing a bit of Irish charm to every pedal, our tours are all about laughter, good company, and having a good time!
